I don't know what is the problem with ur PC, bcoz it worked perfectly in my PC. IF u want to use TrueCrypt then u need atleast 1 TB HDD and u need to create large container to store that much data. The maximum possible size of a TrueCrypt volume is 8589934592 GB. However, due to security reasons, the maximum allowed volume size is 1 PB (1,048,576 GB). But it'll take longer time to create larger container.
